Today, BCG Nordic has local presence throughout Scandinavia with offices in Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo, and Stockholm. The BCG Oslo office is located on Parkveien, right behind the Royal Palace. As part of an integrated Nordic system, BCG Oslo staff constantly interacts with regional colleagues and shares opportunities to transfer freely between offices.

BCG Oslo has enjoyed very strong annual growth and currently serves leading regional companies operating within consumer goods, industrial goods, energy and utilities, retail, financial services and technology and communications. The insight that comes from our work is disseminated through BCG's global network of practice areas after being formulated into the cutting-edge ideas for which the company is known.

Seven nationalities are represented among the staff of BCG Oslo. Through BCG's Ambassador Program, which sponsors exchanges of consultants between BCG offices, several BCG Oslo employees have worked in other BCG offices, for example in New York, Boston, Monterrey, London, Frankfurt, and Moscow.

BCG Nordic believes in the importance of creativity, analytical skills, and entrepreneurship, and looks for these talents in its people. These abilities help create solutions that deliver clear competitive advantage for clients. To foster these strengths, the BCG Oslo office environment embodies limited hierarchies, great respect for individuals, and an atmosphere that promotes personal growth.

To enrich life outside of work, the BCG Oslo staff organizes several social gatherings, events, and outings. We host an annual black-tie, end-of-year holiday party, a summer party and regular winter outings with skiing.
