While my time with Nokia before joining BCG was definitely exciting and very educational, I also found myself becoming more and more specialized. I reached a point where, before taking yet another step along that path, I wanted to weigh up my options more broadly. What I was most looking for was the opportunity to broaden and further accelerate my managerial development, and after careful consideration, I concluded BCG was the best choice for me. I knew BCG was second to none in its level of professionalism and the opportunities it offers to work on a variety of challenging and high-impact projects, and my experience here has certainly confirmed that expectation.
