The BCG Female Mentorship Program is a program which has been created to help aspiring, young females, looking for a career in management consulting, learn about what it takes to become a consultant and how to best succeed through the application process.

Currently, the program has approximately 15-20 top female students enrolled.

The uniqueness of the program lies in the fact that each student is assigned a BCG mentor with whom she will meet with 3-4 times a year. Further to this, the program will host 3-4 joint events a year where members will have the opportunity to meet each other and interact. These events can be anything from intellectual talks and discussions, to toolbox workshops, guest speakers and informal, social gatherings.
