BCG Female Mentorship Program CPH

The BCG Female Mentorship Program is a program which has been created to help aspiring, young females who wish to have a career in management consulting.

Currently, the program has approximately 15-20 top female students enrolled and the uniqueness of the program lies in the fact that each student is assigned a BCG mentor who will not only help you understand what it takes to become a management consultant but also help you get through the interview process in the best way possible.

The program includes the following:

Preliminary meeting: The candidate will be introduced to BCG and to consulting and will be asked to solve a very short market-sizing case. The candidate is hereafter accepted in to the program.

1st meeting with BCG Mentor: Understanding what it means and takes to be a Management Consultant

2nd meeting with BCG Mentor: How to prepare for your interview, incl. Cases, Quant & Personal Fit

3rd meeting with BCG Mentor: Test interview (once your application has been submitted)

A side from the above meetings, there will also be an annual event where all the mentees of the program get together for a cozy dinner at the BCG office.

All members of the program are automatically entitled to an interview.

To apply to the program you must be enrolled in a Master program.  You can apply at
