The BCG Stockholm office is growing rapidly and therefore looking for outstanding Bachelor and Master graduates as well as professionals of all disciplines who are willing to learn something new through challenging tasks. We have ambitious growth plans for the coming years and will employ many new Associates, Consultants and Visiting Associates (trainees) in Stockholm per year.

Recruiting events fall 2011

Are you ready for the "Big Bang"?

Come and join us for one of our biggest events this year. During an evening with food, drinks, a famous host and guest speaker, you will have the opportunity to meet several consultants and learn more about management consulting, BCG and how to pursue a career with us. TEAM Linköping

Visit us at TEAM October 28. We also offer "kontaktsamtal" that you apply for beforehand. In the morning of October 29 BCG will also be hosting a female breakfast at Scandic Linköping City. 

Dinner with MD/PhD, October 19, 2011 

Come and learn more about BCG and the work we do within the Health Care sector. The dinner will take place in October. We will shortly release more information.  

A Taste of Strategy - BCG is visiting Chalmers

On November 7 and 8, BCG will be hosting a lunch presentation, an exclusive dinner event, and a women's breakfast in Gothenburg.

November 7
12:00–13:00: Lunch Presentation in Vasa A
Take the opportunity to learn more about who we are, what we do, and what growth potential an internship or full-time career with BCG can offer you. This event is open to all students: first come, first served.

17:45–11:00: Dinner Event
During the evening you will have the opportunity to meet BCG consultants and learn first-hand from their experiences with BCG.

November 8
8:00–10:00: Women's Breakfast
The breakfast will give you the opportunity to meet BCG under more relaxed and informal circumstances while enjoying a nice breakfast.

Traction Europe- The Strategy Workshop for Engineers
Transform Your Knowledge into a Driving Force

Do you want to leverage your inventive talent to assess growth options with desalination technology? If so, we would like to invite you to Traction Europe—The Strategy Workshop for Engineers on October 15–16 in Paris.

Discover the full extent of strategy consulting: Based on a real BCG assignment, you will be given the opportunity to apply the knowledge you have acquired so far. Together with an international BCG team and 50 other students from top European universities, you will address the central topic of many regions worldwide—the increasing shortage of drinking water. Moreover, you will learn the methodologies and approach of the world's leading strategy consultancy and face new challenges that will allow you to grow further.

Apply your technical know-how, work with hypotheses, and structure your time to reach a conclusion and guide the client to success with the right strategic advice. Along the way, you will discover which scare resource is essential for future trendsetting ideas: your mind.

Career Workshop for masterstudents at SSE

On November 15, we will host a Career Workshop, where a select number of SSE master students have the opportunity to learn what an internship and full-time career with BCG could offer. As part of the workshop, we will also arrange individual meetings with BCG consultants and host an informal dinner. The workshop will be held in English. Internship Program – Ready to leave your shell behind?

An internship at BCG is not practically as any other and even the name suggests why: as a Visiting Associate you become part of our office and of one of our project teams during 6 weeks. The internship positions are offered throughout the year.

As a Visiting Associate you will be faced with the same challenges and opportunities as any other consultant at BCG. You will use your analytical skills, interlectual capacity and knowledge and learn how solutions are implemented together with our clients.

We will ensure that you find the time you spend with us career-enhancing, challenging and fun.

We will soon launch our campaign for our internship positions in 2012 and are looking for outstanding Bachelor and Master University students with strong analytical and interpersonal skills, high drive and energy.

Chart your own course – Scholarship by BCG

BCG wants you to develop further and unleash your potential. We are proud to provide three students who are taking double degrees in Engineering, Business, Law or Medical
studies with a scholarship of up to 30.000 SEK.

To apply, you should have completed 4 semesters of your main and 2 semesters of your secondary program. We will ask you to send your CV, grades and a motivation on what “Chart your own course” means to you and how you would use this scholarship to scholarship@bcg.com. Deadline will be released shortly.

Exchange scholarship

A scholarship for students that aim to spend an exchange year abroad. The application process is similar to the regular application process: Provide us with a cover letter and motivation for your choice of university abroad, CV in English and university grade transcripts.

The 2011 exchange scholarship winners have already been selected. We will launch the campaigns for our Exchange Scholarships in 2012 in early spring 2012. Keep your eyes open!

The Academy

This is an exclusive opportunity for students to learn more about management consulting as well as your own personal development. The course is led by an external coach that guides you and gives you the feedback needed for your personal development. You will also learn more about casework and be trained within this area by BCG colleagues. The Academy will be offered to students at Stockholm School of Economics and KTH during fall 2011.
